Procurement

• Facilitating communication between company stakeholders, managers and team members
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• Conduct risk assessments related to procurement and contracts to identify and mitigate potential issues

Contract

• Reviewing legal and contractual responsibilities for suppliers and the company
• Understand & Analyse the scope of work from Memorandum & SIC
• Maintaining cordial and business relations with the vendors
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favourable terms and conditions
• Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with company goals
• Evaluate and sign up new vendors, conducting due diligence to ensure reliability and quality
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to maintain strong vendor relationships

Finance

• Reviewing existing WO/PO for similar work with all specifications
• Verify all supporting documents like bills, measurement sheet & negotiate the rates accordingly given in Quotation by Vendor/Contractor
• Evaluating the technical & commercial conditions like DLP, payment condition, completion period and any special condition of warranty
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts adhere to regulatory requirements
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies in procurement processes
• Regularly review and analyse procurement expenditures to identify opportunities for efficiency
