It's an exciting time to be joining the cruise industry with our beautiful fleet sailing around the world with our guests. We are excited to be recruiting for a Purchasing Assistant to join our Purchasing department on a 6 Month Fixed Term contract. This position will provide support to the purchasing team, update systems and process all requisitions from vessels and other areas of the business.
Supporting the Purchasing team, you would be assisting with processing all invoices in relation to purchases made, maintaining the purchasing database, handling purchasing documentation and actioning a variety of administration within the team.
As the successful candidate, you will need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be confident working with figures and data. This role will be supporting a busy team, therefore we are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and support the team wherever needed to ensure success.
This is a Fixed Term position (6 Months) and will be based at our Head Office in Ipswich (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) This is a full time role, working 35 hours a week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
