Full time hours on a temporary basis

The post-holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ambitious, complex and multi-faceted transformation programmes, including elements of system redesign, remodelling of services, behaviour change and delivery of savings.

To be successful, you will need experience of managing ambitious programmes, having used your knowledge of programme management tools and techniques to proactively plan for and coordinate delivery. You’ll also need to bring your strong organisational and creative problem-solving skills to manage competing deadlines and tight timescales, to ensure that the programme is successfully delivered.

Although procurement expertise is not considered essential for this role, it is important that you have an understanding of public sector procurement and that you can use your excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels to ensure a collaborative approach to delivery.
