Your new role
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will manage one direct report, supporting them with day-to-day queries and their continuous professional development. What you'll need to succeed

People management experience is not a pre-requisite, but a desire and willingness to take this step is crucial. You should be able to commute to the Uxbridge office 3 days a week. • Ensure that all shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling, are conducted efficiently and in compliance with organisational policies and procedures to ensure the shop is complaint and achieves its KPI's and targeted income.

Experience required:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity shop environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• KPI aware and commercially driven and focused.
• Knowledge of working with Volunteers.
• Experience and knowledge of gift aid.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Passion for the mission and values of the charity.

Key Responsibilities
