Role Responsibility

• Providing constructive and beneficial feedback to the store team, District and Regional Managers around store performance and business opportunities to encourage continual growth.

We are currently seeking an Office and Purchasing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the office function and overseeing all purchasing activities for small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of administrators, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office.
• Foster a productive and efficient work environment, supporting the administrative needs of the company.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with project requirements and company goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and control procurement budgets, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This Warehouse Team Leader role is on a small but busy site, and is best suited to someone who likes to be hands-on, working autonomously within a small team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already have a Counter Balance licence and be happy in a role that involves being on the forks more than in the office. Reach licence an advantage but not essential. Please note, this is weekdays only, rotating earlies (0600 - 1440) and lates (10.30 - 1900). You will partner up with another driver on shift and ensure vehicles and containers are loaded and unloaded promptly. You will use scanners and various computer systems to book goods in, generate labels, and ensure H&S standards are adhered to at all times.
