• Providing constructive and beneficial feedback to the store team, District and Regional Managers around store performance and business opportunities to encourage continual growth.

To ensure that an effective and efficient procurement service is provided to end users within the Trust.

To process non-stock requisitions in line with the Trust Standing Financial Instructions (SFI’s). To ensure that price queries are kept to a minimum and resolved efficiently.

To update departmental reporting tools to provide key performance indicators and commercial information to ensure that usage trends are quickly spotted.

To assist in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of a specific range of contracts.

Assist with the achievement of departmental service and savings targets.

To act as an ambassador for the department, influence end users’ choice of products and ensure all queries and complaints are dealt with in a professional and positive way.

To process non-stock requisitions, with a high level of accuracy, in line with the Trust Standing Financial Instructions (SFI’s).

Seek to influence customers to use standardised products and cost effective approaches by proactively monitoring and making suggestions.

Research alternative products and help to identify products for purchase rationalisation.

To act as the initial day to day contact point for all purchasing queries raised by Trust departments and external contacts either verbally, via e-mail or telephone.

To keep price queries to a minimum and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently via liaison with Trust departments, Finance and External contacts.

To act as the initial day to day contact point for queries raised by Third Party provider with regard to Maintenance renewals.

To act as the initial day to day contact point for all Trust departments with regard to non-stock orders, stock queries. Resolved via liaison with Materials Management and NHS Supply Chain.

To act as the initial day to day contact point for all Trust departments with regard to the processing of orders, quotes and queries for Capital Equipment, Charitable Funds, Printing.

To act as the central contact point for product returns and administer the stock returns process on behalf of the Trust.

Where circumstances dictate, to action MDA Alerts via checking of historical purchases and assisting Departments across the Trust.



We operate from three main hospitals - Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI), and Westmorland General Hospital (WGH) in Kendal, as well as a number of community healthcare premises including Millom Hospital and GP Practice, Queen Victoria Hospital in Morecambe, and Ulverston Community Health Centre.

FGH and the RLI have a range of General Hospital services, with full Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units and various Consultant-led services.

WGH provides a range of General Hospital services, together with an Urgent Treatment Centre, that can help with a range of non-life threatening conditions such as broken bones and minor illnesses.

All three main hospitals provide a range of planned care including outpatients, diagnostics, therapies, day case and inpatient surgery. In addition, a range of local outreach services and diagnostics are provided from community facilities across Morecambe Bay.

Our community services for adults are provided in people’s homes, community centres, clinics, GP Practices, community hospitals and our main hospitals. Our aim is to work with people to help them remain independent, improve their health and manage their conditions through high quality care, advice and support.

Your Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent customer service.

What You’ll Get to Do:

You will be an important part of the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) support team, the group that is responsible for executing enterprise-wide, installation strategic contracts for Air Force bases in the continental United States, also supporting Air Force medical contracting, the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency and the Defense Technical Information Center.

More About the Role:

You will be required to perform high-level administrative and clerical duties in support of contract administration tasks, including providing internal and external customer service with minimal training and orientation. You must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the business field and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. You will answer telephones, type, input information/data into various computer systems, and prepare correspondence, and statements. You may be required to utilize the invoicing, receipt, acceptance, and property transfer (iRAPT), Electronic Data Access (EDA), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and myInvoice applications within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

Typically, you will:

• Assist in drafting and finalizing award documents applicable to price and cost evaluation support (excluding negotiating);
• Assist in development and maintenance of contract status trackers, payment/ordering trackers, and training validation for CORs;
• Draft and finalize a variety of narrative documents such as request for proposal (RFP) letters, correspondence, memoranda, and briefing charts;
• Assist the PCO with generating routine award actions through the contract writing system that is currently used at the organization;
• Assist the PCO in setting up award contract files using provided templates or other documents;
• Establish and maintain suspense/submittal logs, automated files, worksheets, and databases as needed in a centralized location;
• Proofread records, forms, documents and sort contract records;
• Handle day-to-day issues and activities relating to invoice payments including recording invoice payments and maintaining invoice records;
• Review, research, drafting of proposed responses and generation of copies in support of a variety of tasks to include Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and protest actions or other claims against the agency;
• Coordinate with other contractors, DFAS, and other paying activities to obtain administrative and payment documentation; and
• Provide all summary of activities during reporting period, in the monthly status report.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Three (3) to 10 years of Office Operations Support experience;
• BA/BS degree in an acquisition related field (Six (6) years of directly related experience may be substituted for the educational requirements); and
• Ability to pass Tier 1 background check (NACI).

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Master's degree.

$49,700 - $101,800

Compensation Details:

$18.75 - $20.75 per hour plus bonuses paid weekly!

Job Positions and Duties May Include:

• Receiving: Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Your Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent customer service.

OES Equipment, a part of the DPR family of companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry, looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator for our distribution center in Austin, Texas. The role of Warehouse Administrator will primarily be to focus on outgoing shipment processes and the ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable team player who is willing to assist our team with all receiving and shipping processes, inventory counts, and ensuring accuracy within each step of our warehouse processes.

  

The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for the following: 

• Responsible to assist with all receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping activities in warehouse.

• Process and pack outgoing orders.

• Ensure orders are shipped within timely manner and meet KPI standards.

• Ensure accurate inventory receiving and shipping, and take appropriate actions as necessary to correct discrepancies.

• Ensure outbound shipments are placed in appropriate staging areas.

• Assist to accept incoming deliveries.

• Assist with inventory cycle counts.

• Assist with re-location of inventory in warehouse.

• Additional responsibilities as needed.

  

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to take initiative, ask clarifying questions when needed and carry out responsibilities of position independently.

• Prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Proficient in use of computers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
