We are currently looking for Night Warehouse Operatives to work for a key client based in the Hounslow area.

The role will involve sorting and distributing parcels into the relevant locations. This will mean you will need to have a good understanding of the English language to ensure you are putting the correct parcels into the relevant location. You will also be using a computer to do some basic data entry so must be IT literate. What you'll need to succeed

Youwill have experience working within indirect Procurement, with experience inthe marketing & event categories. You will be fluent in English withexcellent communication skills,both written and verbal. You will have proven business partnering experiencewith commercial awareness and a customer focus and a confident and positiveattitude, ability to challenge conventional thinking. You will have a good workingknowledge of Office and ideally, good working knowledge of SAP orunderstanding of the principles of purchase requests.

What exactly will you be doing?

As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead our procurement function, aligning activities with organisational goals while ensuring transparency, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and drive compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your role will be pivotal in professionalising our procurement processes and balancing strategic vision with operational excellence. This role sits with the Performance and Transformation portfolio and reports into Finance Director.

Major objectives 



Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy
Identify and deliver cost savings without compromising quality
Enhance supplier relationship management and performance
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence
Drive innovation in procurement processes and systems

The ideal candidate will have a CIPS qualification and a proven track record in senior procurement roles. You should excel in negotiation, contract management and strategic sourcing.
