We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

You'll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you'll be on top of monitoring and managing this - not just for yourself, but for all others on site. That might sound a bit daunting, but don't worry - we'll provide you with all the equipment and support you need.

To be successful in this role you'll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning. Job Title: Van Driver / Warehouse Operative

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at our Distribution Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a 3.5 ton van and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a 3.5 ton van for deliveries and collections

- Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Perform picking and packing duties in the warehouse

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with no more than 6 penalty points for insurance purposes

- Proven experience driving a 3.5 ton van

- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing tasks

This role will require someone to manage additional reconciliations and deal with any queries both internal and external regarding purchase ledger.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated finance professional with strong knowledge and application of the full purchase ledger process and confidently able to communicate financial information to senior financial and non-financial stakeholders. You will be accurate and efficient with invoice data processing and able to deal with any queries regarding each stage of the process.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive base salary of up to £28,000 and considerable company benefits that can be discussed on application. This role is being offered on a full time (37.5 hour working week), permanent basis in the local Fife office. As a Despatch Operative you will oversee key aspects of our client's night shift operations, including picking stock, loading and unloading of trailers as well as general handling of goods.
