WAREHOUSE ADMIN
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
Place of work:
Your normal place of work will be at 10 TOH GUAN ROAD, #06-05, Singapore – 608838
Probation:
You will be required to serve a probationary period of up to three months from the date of joining the Company. The probationary period is solely to enable the company to determine whether you are suitable for permanent employment.
Bonus:
You will be entitled to one month bonus after one year of continuous service, from confirmation. If your service is less than one year, bonus will be pro-rated.
Duties & responsibilities:
1) Sales Orders and shipment
processing:
a. generating of picking slips based on FIFO,
b. assigning picker
c. monitoring picking and preparation of goods to fulfil Sales Orders
d. preparing packing list for shipment
e. closing the shipment in the system after delivery or collection
f. transferring relevant images and videos to server
2) Import processing:
a. Creating packing list and pallet labels of incoming shipment
b. Liaising with shipper and subcontractor to unload cargoes
c. Verifying and reporting the correctness of import packing list against worksheet prepared during physical checks
d. Checking and updating new/additional information, such as
batch number and EAN of products received.
e. Updating relevant data, including images and videos to
server
3) Housekeeping:
a. Verifying weekly reports of stocks stored in 3PL warehouse
b. Arranging transfer of stocks from 3PL warehouse
c. Processing the stocks being transferred, similar to import processing
d. Tracking the stock levels of warehouse consumables and
order to top up when required.
e. Supervising consolidation of stocks within warehouse and
update ERP with the latest and correct information.
3) Stock Checking/Stocktaking:
a. Preparing worksheets for stocktaking
b. Reconciling and investigating discrepancies
c. Updating reconciled data into ERP
Normal working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm and on Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. We need your complete commitment to complete the job on a day-to-day basis.
Annual leave:
If you are confirmed permanent, you will be entitled to fourteen (14) days paid annual leave on completion of the first twelve (12) months continuous service. If your continuous service is less than 12 months the leave will be pro-rated. Normally, leave application is required two weeks in advance. This benefit is available only after confirmation.
Medical leave & benefits:
You shall be entitled to 14 days medical leave per year after 3 months of service.
It is advised to inform the office over the phone on the day of medical leave. Only medical certificates issued by government clinics or recognized general practitioners are to be produced to support medical leave. Any medical leave taken whether during probation or after confirmation shall be supported by medical certificate to ensure that the leave is taken as such.
If you are hospitalized on a doctor’s written order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave per calendar year.
