Stock Control and Cost Effectiveness Daily record of stock levels to ensure all areas are supplied in a timely manner Timely ordering of all consumables required for all 3 areas via Oracle and NHS Supply Chain Ensure correct supplies from Trust Stores department Ensure areas are not over-stockedMaintain monthly (QEP) spreadsheet and inform the Matron and Directorate Manager monthly Finance ControlEnsure there is a daily attendance to all invoice payments required e.g. Nursing Agency payments. This role is working with Minster as part of the STARK Building Materials UK. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe and Minster specialise in insulation and dry lining materials. We connect suppliers of heavy building materials with the professional craftspeople who build, renovate, and maintain the cities of tomorrow.

As a Warehouse Assistant, this role has a strong focus on stock management, as well as customer service, so this role is great for someone who loves to build relationships with their team and customers and enjoys an active and varied role.

The person we're looking for will have:

· A flexible approach to work

· A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed

· A confident communicator, both over the phone and face to face

· Previous warehouse forklift experience

To support our customers to succeed you will;

· Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles - using a forklift where needed

· Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts

· Pick items to fulfil customer orders

· Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area

· Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions

· Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)

· Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers

· Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
