JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies using applicable equipment/device, analyzes and provide disposition to issues encountered pertaining to process and procedures to ensure quality and reliability of product at Test.
- Involve in holding, assessment and disposition of non-conforming products/materials.
- Helps to provide data, gather facts that will help other support group to determine root cause that will help resolved problems encountered in line.
- Initiates, coordinates and implements both preventive and corrective actions that will correct and prevent line problem that comes from machine, process or/and human errors.
- Collaborates with the other Departments for the completion of Quality Reports. Coordinates and meet Production, Test Engineering and other support group on product quality improvement via team improvement/module group activities.
- Generates, formulates and reviews quality documents such as inspection specification, procedures, work instructions, Engineering Request Form (ERF), MRB forms and Special instructions.
- Verifies, issuances, monitors, reviews and tracks the completion of the following the Non-Conforming products. (Test CAR, MRB, 8D and MVI FA as applicable).
- Prepares periodic report such as: Quality Gate Reject, Subcon Score Card, MRB hold lots, CAR/8D, CAT’s, Trends and other applicable quality monitoring report
- Communicates issues, concerns and information to appropriate team either internal or external.
- Conducts training or refresher on defect criteria to AMPI operators and inspectors regarding inspection (visual/electrical) requirement as part of their certification to ensure high quality inspection. This includes Subcontractors if applicable.
- Coordinate with the Training System Core Group (TSCG) on any changes that needs to be implemented to ensure effectiveness of the certification process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate preferably Engineering.
- At least 2 years of QA Engineering and/or related industry
