Our Research client has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Associate to join their Strategy and Operations team and support data work stream and related activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for data management and other release & compliance activities; including engaging with internal stakeholders to reach effective and timely outcomes
• Engage with and escalate to our Senior Compliance Manager to ensure minimisation of risk, to allow for specialist input, or to allow for additional support to be provided from other Subject Matter Experts

Candidate requirements:

• Previous demonstrable experience in compliance administration and/or support, preferably from within the technology and/or health care industries.
• Strong data input skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

This role is PAYE and paying up to £21.50 per hour dependant on experience with a potential 5% bonus.

This role is based on-site at our client's Cambridge office Monday - Friday each week.

As Senior Compliance Officer you will be responsible for leading and managing a small but growing team of healthcare recruitment compliance officers. The role is predominately hands-on, and you will be part of the daily administrative duties to achieve a fully compliant database of candidates and workforce within the company. Based in the buoyant telecoms sector our client is able to offer plenty of room for career progression. After investing in technology they have automated some of the day to day basic tasks and are driving to automate more so this role is more interesting than pure admin. As the successful candidate you will dealing with more complex queries and tasks.

The Southampton office is an extremely busy and exciting office, it is the main point of contact for the teams across the country out on-site delivering schemes of work digging holes and laying new Virgin Media cable. The company work on planned and reactive works in this office, so they liaise with the local councils and the client to ensure the works are delivered in a safe and timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of all noticing requests receiving and monitoring all jobs through to competition
• Ensuring we achieve all relevant SLA's in line with the delivery and performance
• Daily coordination with the Networks Supervisors
• Deal with day-to-day issues, escalating to Manager as appropriate
• Liaise with local authorities (ensure appropriate notices etc)
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental policies
• Receive daily updates from Networks Department on completion or status of work orders
