Summary of the role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and be responsible for overseeing the business wide complaints quality assurance processes, with a view to driving better outcomes for our customers, continuous improvement and a standardised corporate approach. The candidate will oversee action plans to close any gaps in performance across all the Diligenta accounts.

What you'll be doing:

• Working within a team to ensure consistent implementation of our centralised QA process for complaints

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to drive better customer outcomes and improve complaint handling processes
• Prepare and present regular reports on complaint trends, resolutions, and actions taken to senior management.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all complaints are handled with empathy and professionalism.
• Engaging across all accounts and establishing relationships

What we're looking for:

• Experience in financial services
• Previous experience in quality, continuous improvement, standardisations and consumer duty
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance in Operations
• Team Working skills
• An energetic individual with a positive outlook
• Someone with skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, complaints database
• (Desirable) experience in six sigma

You'll be:

• Carrying out independent deep dives on frameworks to evaluate effectiveness of control framework.
• Analysing data, within agreed timescales, using specific criteria and producing clear and concise documented results for publication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting control activities within agreed timescales.
• Developing and maintain good internal relationships for mutual exchange of information and business awareness.
• Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels within the Operational area and Client base by telephone, E-mail and face to face in order to resolve queries.

The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Transformation and Data Quality Consultant to join our Operations department.

In this role, you will play a key role in in supporting operational readiness and implementation of IT initiatives focused specifically on Transformation, Process guide sign off, Data Quality and Testing.

You'll be:

• Proactively support the Transformation, Process Guide sign off, Data Quality and Testing workstreams
• Developing testing plans to ensure the delivered end product has had robust testing and is fit for purpose
• Working within Operations to ensure they have detailed training and accreditation plans for testing
• Building strong relationships with IT and other project teams
• Working closely working with Line 1, risk and AML to ensure regulatory and risk requirements are delivered within the final solution

You should apply if you:

• Have excellent knowledge of baNCS and other operational IT systems
• Have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• Have the ability to work independently
• Are well-versed with Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous migration project experience (desirable)
