- Facilitate training for leaders, staff, and Soldiers on IG processes, responsibilities, trends, and best practices, enhancing awareness and compliance.
- Conduct scenario-based training for Investigating Officers (IOs) to build investigative proficiency, covering evidence assessment, interviewing techniques, and report writing.
- Conduct Organizational Inspection Program Training (OIP) for leaders, staff, and inspection team members, explaining inspection principles and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance on OIP implementation and oversight.
- Brief senior leaders on findings and follow up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Utilize analytical and writing skills to present complex information in a straightforward manner for senior leaders' understanding and decision-making.
