About the Opportunity
As the Biological Control Research and Development Manager, you will provide operational support in developing a range of biological agents. Reporting to the Managing Director (WA) and leading a small team, you will:
Lead the development of new cultures
Develop marketing strategies for new and existing productions
Oversee quality control procedures
Troubleshoot any cultures that may be performing poorly
Diagnose new issues, research, experiment and develop solutions and protocols
Use your understanding the breeding cycles of biological control agents and their prey to develop and improve cultures
