Your new company
You will be working for a manufacturing organisation based in Greater Manchester, who provide a wide variety of specialist chemical products to customers in construction, engineering and packaging environments. Your new company has different engineering capabilities, with the ability to make batch and bespoke chemical products from their portfolio.
Your new role
In your new role as Quality Manager, you will be responsible for product quality and safety, while adhering to industry, company and customer standards. Alongside this, you will lead a small quality team and have site responsibility for the quality management system.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Quality Management job, you will need to have prior experience in a quality leadership role, having worked in a highly regulated environment. Your skills and experience should include leadership, auditing, problem-solving, root cause analysis and adopting a safety-first mindset for all quality activities.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of around £45,000 dependent on your experience, as well as a company package including holidays, pension and private healthcare.
