Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance Section in instilling a ‘compliance aware” culture within the Company.
• Assist in ensuring Company’s compliance with laws, rules and regulations set by statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Support in monitoring the implementation of the Company’s compliance requirement (eg: BNM’s regulated products, FSA, AML/CFT, JSOX, etc).
• Assist in ensuring the Company’s compliance with the laws, rules and regulations set by the statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the implementation of compliance training program.
• Support in reviewing the Company’s documents (policies/procedures) inclusive of documents related to BNM’s regulated products.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Administration/Legal/Compliance or other related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Compliance Department/Audit.
• Experience in a compliance function is preferred, and preferably gained from the banking or financial credit services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.

This position is located in the Non-Destructive Inspection Laboratory of an Air National Guard Aircraft Maintenance Group, Maintenance Squadron, Fabrication Flight. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of this position is to inspect aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.

This position is located in an Air National Guard Aviation Wing, Maintenance Group. The purpose of this position is to supervise, establish and direct a planned, systematic approach of a quality assurance program designed to provide the maintenance managers confidence that aircraft, aircraft systems, products or supporting processes conform to technical, safety, work load and customer requirements. The position serves as the Supervisor of the Quality Assurance Division. In that capacity, the supervisor plans, implements, and executes a quality assurance program that includes independent surveillance and evaluations of all assigned aircraft, aircraft components, and maintenance personnel. Plans, directs, organizes, and exercises control over Quality Assurance Specialists (non-supervisory employees) assigned utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of aircraft to include electronic equipment and systems, manual and automatic flight controls, airframe, landing gear, pneudraulics, and jet engine propulsion, armament, munitions, and associated systems. Applies a comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, management techniques, peer mediation, root cause analysis, trending, and statistical methods. This position is located in the Joint Forces Headquarters-State, Logistics Directorate (J-4), Surface Maintenance Facility. Duties involve complex inspection work, requiring a wide variety of inspection processes and techniques, at remote worksites or field installations where a supervisor is not readily available. In these situations, work is performed very independently and decisions require a wide range of subjective judgments.

Inspects a large variety of heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles such as attack tanks, large cranes, tank retrievers, fire trucks, bridge transporters, armored vehicle launched bridges, bulldozers, road graders, crawler tractors, power shovels, self propelled earth compacting equipment, self propelled artillery, etc. May also inspect heavy artillery, small arms, powered support and other equipment or components of equal or lesser complexity.

Inspects complex, interrelated mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and electrical systems, equipment and their components while in operation or in a standby condition. Inspects and performs tests to braking, steering, and differential systems, which are mechanically integrated with the transmission; to large engines that directly power multiple hydraulic and pneumatic systems; to intricate fuel injection systems; to turret stabilization systems; and to other systems combined in a single, complex mechanical assembly. Uses specially designed testing methods and test equipment such as computerized test sets, precision gauges, electronic sensors, injector test stands, engine scopes, etc., to assure that tolerance and safety factors have been met.

Inspects equipment to determine repairs needed. Utilizes established Maintenance Expenditure Limits (MEL) to evaluate economic feasibility of repair(s). Considers a variety of factors such as cost and availability of parts, man-hours, and impact of time constraints on the mission to assess whether repair is economical. Recommends to a higher echelon to condemn equipment when the repair cost exceeds the established MEL. Prepares lists of needed repairs, parts, and man-hours authorized. Performs final inspection, certifying that equipment is in satisfactory operating condition, or rejects the work and returns the equipment to the repair shop with specific reports prescribing additional repairs.
