Our two-year trainee program offers you:
- Optimization of business and production processes taking quality assurance into account
- Support and implementation of improvement projects in the quality department
- Active collaboration with international Flowserve locations to introduce PLM 2.0
- Working on challenging and exciting interdisciplinary projects across the entire location
- International assignment at one of our international locations
- Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)
- Continuous support from a personal mentor
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
- Interest and enthusiasm for the subject areas Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Hands-on mentality and personal responsibility when processing and implementing projects
- Very high level of self-discipline and organization
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high level of social skills
