Your new role
The purpose of this vacancy is to support the Compliance team and fee earners with monitoring and completing compliance and improving the process. You will be responsible for answering queries regarding records management for the firm, such as updating the case management system and producing reports. Paying close attention to detail, you will be tasked with identifying and closing files and overseeing the records of the business (including housekeeping; file opening, closing, and destruction; returns; deeds; and document storage). In addition, you will assist the Compliance Manager with improving procedures and support with administration of compliance and records as necessary.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Your attention to detail will be exceptional with the ability to spot discrepancies in data and produce reports. Time management is an essential skill and a major part of your role when closing files and managing fee earners\' time recording. You will possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills and have prior working experience of compliance and records management. It will be advantageous to your application if you have Legal experience and worked in a similar role. If you are a self-confident, team player and able to use your own initiative, this may be the right role for you.
