Key accountabilities and measures

-Implement effective ways to raise colleagues' awareness and understanding of safety and security. Promote a security culture and great customer service from all security touchpoints across the Division.

-Validate and improve utilisation compliance of all security resources and tools provided e.g. SPO, SOC, Auror, Body Worn cameras, and security tagging

-Validate all security equipment (CCTV, Access Control, EAS, alarms) maintenance issues are logged and escalate to stakeholders to drive resolution in line with agreed SLA's

-Share security performance metrics with RM and agree collaborative ways of working to improve assured security delivery

-Coach, Mentor, and support Region/Store teams to own their part in driving a safety and security culture

-Communicate and engage and work collaboratively with key Stakeholders and Regional BIG teams to drive improved awareness on security consistency, execution and culture

-Carry out store listening groups across the Division/Regions to improve overall awareness and compliance

-Deliver the Annual Security consistency and execution risk assessment programme across all stores across the Division, measuring outputs and identifying areas of improvement through:

-Physically delivering the assessment in the agreed number of high risk stores

-Driving store self-assessment completion

-Support where required any new security solutions/initiatives to ensure they are embedded well and deliver the benefits expected.

-Feedback to the SOC and Connected Security team on examples of poor delivery and service

-Ensure confidentiality of Business information is maintained throughout

-Part of the Divisional Management team as required

-Implement goals targets and objectives as set by Head of Group Security and report back on performance.

1. Assist in the maintenance and development of an integrated governance framework for qualityimprovement and innovation in The Life Rooms Social Model of Health.2. Provide a full range of administrative support duties to the Quality & Research Lead in relationto quality, governance, and innovation for The Life Rooms Social Model of Health. This willinclude the compilation of a variety of documents using Word, Microsoft Office and other ITpackages.3. Undertake the preparatory work to prepare for QRV inspections as directed by the Quality &Research Lead; this will include working with operational staff, coordinating visits, collatingmaterial, minuting visits and drafting post visit action plans.10. Work autonomously and liaise with the Trust quality improvement co-ordinators when necessary.11. Support service improvement and quality improvement projects including the preparation ofcomprehensive project plans and ensuring these are actioned, managed, and evaluatedappropriately.12. Undertake surveys, audits, or research to support service developments with regard to qualityissues.13. Co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate the evidence for quality and governance across The Life RoomsSocial Model of Health to ensure the agreed standards and outcomes are achieved.14. Assist in managing the preparation for external assessments related to quality governance andinnovation.19. Assist the Quality & Research Lead in the promotion and implementation of quality standardsthrough the introduction and maintenance of associated frameworks.20. Implement and manage systems developed to assess and report on The Life Rooms Social Model ofHealth compliance and assurance in key identified areas.22. Take a significant role in the preparation, co-ordination and response to the outcomes of visits ofexternal assessors to the Trust e.g., Care Quality Commission and IPS reviews liaising with externalassessors, Trust Directors and relevant staff ensuring the service is fully prepared and allrequirements of the assessment visit are achieved.23. Contribute to the development of the Trust quality improvement programmes identifying theactivity required to improve or assure compliance with standards or reviews.24. Oversight in order to report to QIG of all service user feedback in the form of SWEMWBS andoutcome measure ensuring that trends are reported within the SLT reports and external evaluationreports.25. Lead on the review and updating of all Life Rooms documentation; drafting and managing an annualdocument review schedule e.g. business continuity plan, Standard Operating Procedures and TeamCanvas.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Senior Project Manager include:

• Prepare, review, and present detailed technical proposals and quotations for bespoke control systems, including tendering activity with cost estimation, and negotiate when pricing work, rework or variations

• Liaise directly with customers (throughout all stages of a project/programme), including the customer’s internal design and management teams

• Provide technical supervision of system design, build and installation personnel

• Review the design and testing of control systems to ensure they are in accordance with agreed specifications, applicable standards and legislative requirements

• Ensure all relevant Health & Safety procedures are adhered to

• Prepare and present project reviews and evaluations (earned value analysis) to Eltek/Actemium management

• Take the lead in ensuring your team continues to develop their skills in line with business goals

• Work alongside other Project Mangers to develop existing client relationships and identify future requirements on site(s)

• Personally visit customer site(s) as and when required


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified to HNC/HND/degree level in a relevant discipline

• In-depth experience in system integration, OR substantial experience in systems integration

• High level of ability to understand and produce control system design documents

• Strong understanding of technical project life cycle

• Good to high level of software knowledge of and experience with:

o system for in-process and manufacturing environments
o PLC-based control system architecture
o PLC, HMI and SCADA coding
o integrated system testing of application software and the industrial hardware
o machinery safety design and associated standards
o on-site commissioning of industrial control systems

• You have a working knowledge of:

o industrial hardware systems
o control panel design and assembly
o site installation design
o control system hardware LV distribution/MCC/PLC/safety/instrumentation
o hardware design documents (circuit schematics, I/O schedules, motor schedules)

• You have strong:

o contract management and negotiation skills
o technical solution approach to sales

• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing combined with strong presentation skills of technical and commercial content

• Successful team leadership and management experience

• Commercial awareness/acumen

• Dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work at the highest level of customer service

DUTIES

Your duties as the Control Systems Hardware Design Engineering Manager include:

• Lead and support the welfare of their team, ensuring everyone is working towards the same objectives
