Job Title: QA Executive (ID8104)
Location: Lakeside
Working Hour: 5.5 days work (Alternate Saturday)
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Satursay 9am-1pm
Salary: $2600 - $3000
Job Description:
• Conduct process verification and validation exercise (i.e. SOP/ Machinery/ CCP verification, new product launch process observation, machinery cleanliness check via ATP swab, weighing scale verification, monthly facilities check, mock recall exercise, FG shelf-life verification and to put in records).
• Perform daily periodic walk-around of production, warehouse area to ensure compliance to in-house GMP, GMP and GWP, FG specifications and SOP.
• Conduct monthly checks and data analysis on retention samples to evaluate product stability.
• Coordinate with microbiological laboratory for sample collection and lab reports.
• Collect information and data to conduct trend analysis.
• Participate in trials and follow up on required information.
• Supervise and ensure the handling and processing operations are in accordance with the general guidelines of Halal food within the premises.
• Conduct periodic checks on delivery trucks’ pre-cool and supply chain temperature to ensure cold chain management and follow up with drivers and vendors for corrective actions.
• Conduct random checks on incoming raw material to ensure product wholesomeness, free of foreign material and defects etc.
• Follow-up with Procurement on investigation and corrective actions on raw material complaint / feedbacks.
• Prepare and maintain raw material specifications, in-house process procedures and documentation (checklists, microbial test report, COA, complaint log, vendor evaluation form, calibration report, traceability invoices / production planning / certificate etc.).
• Ensure quality and food safety standards of FG are maintained through scheduled lab test, sensory evaluation and conduct process checks.
Regulatory Support
• Assist in internal audit.
• Support external customer and regulatory audits i.e. FSSC 22000, 3rd party supplier assessment.
Import and Export Management
• Prepare and liaise with warehouse team on export procedures e.g. placement of temperature data logger device.
Vendor Management
• Perform basic troubleshoot and liaise with external vendors for routine servicing and issue follow up e.g. pest control, cleaning chemicals, weighing scale, metal detector, microbiological laboratory.
Customer Management
• Provide support to customers’ request e.g. questionnaire, product specification, shelf life lab test reports.
• Assist in investigation and follow up with investigation report.
Training
• Preparation of training materials e.g. photos, attendance sheet, assessment.
• Coordination with HODs on training schedule.

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin [to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates & employees
