Day to day, you will be conducting learning observations on the delivery of the trainer teaching the learners in the classroom, feeding the observation back to the trainer and their training manager.

• Provide a post course discussion service for all courses / modules iaw the Statement of Requirement and the Training Plan

Day to day, you'll:

Essential experience of the Head of Quality - Training

• Extensive education / training quality experience.
• A detailed understanding of the apprenticeship environment and associated quality frameworks.
• Experience within the Defence / Infrastructure environment. * Previous Ofsted nominee- desirable

This role is full time Although fully remote there is a requirement to travel to other sites in the London area and South East England, as part of the role.
