The role
As a Training Standards Quality Analyst, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of quality control, quality assurance, internal auditing, instructor assessments service and the management and maintenance of the any system used to assess the achievement of Training Objectives.
Day to day, you will be conducting learning observations on the delivery of the trainer teaching the learners in the classroom, feeding the observation back to the trainer and their training manager.
- Provide an internal validation (InVal) assessment service.
- Provide an Instructor Assessment Service
- Provide a post course discussion service for all courses / modules iaw the Statement of Requirement and the Training Plan
- Undertake Quality Control activities in support of statistical analysis, including the production of quality reports as part of the training analysis process.
- Support the DSMarE (Defence School Marine Engineering) first party audit programme against JSP (Joint Service Publication) 822 DSAT (Defence System Approach to Training) Policy and the Statement of Requirement.
Essential experience of the Training Standards Quality Analyst:
- Work experience in a similar role
Qualifications for the Training Standards Quality Analyst:
- Assessors Qualification
- Auditor Qualification - IQA
- Minimum Teaching qualification level 4 or above (Cert Ed / PGCE)
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
