Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a /Trade compliance Officer (f/m) to join our Flight Hour Services within the Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.
You, as a member of the Flight Hour Services (FHS), report operationally and functionally to the Head of Industrial Solutions (SMROI). The FHS Industrial Solution and the related cost base package delivered consider the following aspects: Transport, Distribution, Warehousing, IT Developments and foreseen Support, Customs, Export Control and all associated Trainings.

Your challenges:
You will ensure that FHS logistic operations complies with corporate import/export policies, worldwide Customs and government agency regulations while enabling the supply of spare parts under the Airbus FHS business model.
You will be responsible for:
A. Export Control and Trade Compliance: 80%
Follow the renewal of all import/export licenses/permits/authorizations – worldwide
Coordinate import/export license application processes to allow timely delivery of controlled products and technologies
Timely update FHS ERP to control movements of strategic goods worldwide
Provide reporting of Export Control goods
Bring operational support to the different internal (operations, repair, sales, contracts, …) and external (warehouses, Customers, repair shops, …) involved parties
Ensure that the requirements of Airbus Export Control Directives are cascaded within the SMR processes and communicated to all SMR actors.
Ensure that every employee in SMR has reached the appropriate level of competence to reach compliance
Supervise relationship with Trade Compliance Authorities – worldwide
Ensure transversal collaboration between Export Control Points of Contacts (EPoCs) in S, Data Offices, Data Custodians, other TCOs and the Export Control functions.
Communicate the applicable export control requirements to the IM Department to adapt tools to reach the compliance objectives (tangible and intangibles) and support deployment and adoption of such tools
B. Customs: 20%
Support day-to-day operations in compliance with any international Customs & Trade regulations – worldwide
Ensure the prevention and control of financial risks in connection with Customs formalities – worldwide
Take active participation into improvement or development projects
Manage governance with other logistics stakeholders: Transport, Warehouse, Repair, Inventory, Contracts, Tax …
Your boarding pass:
Min 10 years of professional experience in International Business, International Trading, Customs Regulations and Transport
Strong Knowledge in Supply Chain management and Logistics
Stakeholders management and project management skills
Team working and autonomous mindset
Fluent in English
