More detail about the role: This position is tailor-made for a Technician who can show initiative in supporting service improvements and managing change. Based within our pharmacy, you will: collaborate closely with our medicines safety officer and northern governance lead to maintain high standards. support pharmacy teams in driving continuous quality improvement, focusing on excellence in our services. take charge of Controlled Drug and medication audits, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. provide valuable assistance to ward and clinical teams, helping to implement changed to medication processed smoothly. work closely with our quality assurance lead to uphold excellence across pharmacy operations and technical services. review medication incidents and support pharmacy team in investigating these. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including Specialist Pharmacists, Senior Pharmacy Staff, Medicines Safety Officers, Quality Assurance Leads, Nurses, and Clinicians. We're seeking a proactive individual with an ACT qualification and preferably additional pharmacy or management training. While experience is valued, we're equally interested in candidates who show a willingness to learn and grow.
