We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
Qualified candidates for this position offer:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales environment.
- Real Estate experience preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Conducts open houses and special events within the community which promotes the Organization/Facility.
Provides presentations and information to prospective clients.
Works within current lead management system for proper filing of leads and follow-up.
Follows-up with leads in order to progress from initial inquiry to visit sale.
Conducts tours assisting prospective clients and decision makers to select a living unit.
Obtains new applications and support documents for residency.
Records and files all communications between campus and prospective resident pertaining to sales process or occupancy.
Provides pertinent information to site operations for efficient move-in process.
May supervise sales and administrative staff as assigned, including but not limited to, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and directing.
