SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting Sales Account Managers with large volume rendered products. This position will be responsible for the following duties: enter and process all types of customer orders accurately; check and confirm order fill and communicate changes with customer; track deliveries by working with our customer service department and relay pertinent information; aiding in completing various management performance reports; handle field calls from customers, provide issue resolutions and obtain necessary information for the manager to address. This position will interact with outlying departments including, but not limited to, claims, scheduling, transportation, pricing, production, quality assurance, and credit. This person is responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers; organized and recording keeping; detail oriented with strong communication skills; handling routine inquires or requests; assisting with a large volume of data, data entry and maintaining files, generating reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2+ year experience of business environment and/or relevant customer support role
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer skills; proficient in Microsoft office, to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must; Knowledge of the Tyson business computer system is preferred
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact in a simple, clear and concise manner with a broad range of end users providing excellent support; bilingual skills a plus
Special Skills:
Must possess excellent customer service; basic analytical and trouble-shooting skills; planning and organizing skills; must be detail oriented and work well in a team environment; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and use good judgement to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others; must be able to multi-task when necessary; Highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and phone etiquette particularly as it relates to working effectively with others and building successful relationships; a team player
