* Key Responsibilities *
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at meeting the company's sales targets and objectives.
Identify and prioritise essential target markets, segments, and accounts to optimise sales opportunities.
Work in conjunction with the executive team to set sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Oversee the sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and finalisation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and promote customer engagement.
Leverage market research and competitive analysis to discern market trends, customer requirements, and avenues for differentiation.
Supervise the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to bolster sales initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Inspire and guide the sales and marketing team to meet both individual and collective objectives.
Offer coaching, training, and resources to improve the skills and performance of team members.
Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven environment that priorities accountability and ongoing improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture robust relationships with key customers, primary channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer engagements, presentations, and product demonstrations to stimulate sales and collect feedback.
