The Company is a well-established and respected law firm with its Head Office in Edinburgh and also has offices in London.

The Role
The new position of Events & Marketing Administrator will see you responsible for a wide range of duties made up of Events/Hospitality, Marketing, Front of House & Administration. Your duties will include.
• Responsible for arranging corporate events such as client dinners, exhibitions, sporting events, presentation events etc
• This will include researching venues, and caterers and managing budgets whilst keeping partners up to date.
• Creating event materials such as flyers, mailouts, and banners, whilst keeping in brand
• Produce PowerPoint presentations and manage social media
• Front of House duties, arranging meeting rooms, handling calls and organising travel.

Your Skills & Experience
To be considered as the new Events & Marketing Administrator you will need.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality whilst presenting professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• IT literate, in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally have video editing skills.
• Flexibility to travel from time to time including oversees.
