Games Workshop is looking for a highly organised marketing assistant to join our Global Warhammer Community team. As the Warhammer Community Regional Assistant, you will assist with the planning, briefing and development of translated content for our Warhammer Community website. Your proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail will enhance our team dynamic and help drive the success of the Warhammer Community website.
You will be confident in managing various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, content coordination and digital asset management. Success in this role relies on your ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple overlapping deadlines.
You will be responsible for updating our website, keeping the content management system well maintained, and working with our social media team to ensure that Warhammer Community articles are promoted on those channels. This role is based remotely so you'll need to adapt to overlapping hours, requiring a proactive and enthusiastic approach. Your strong communication skills will be essential for effective interaction with internal teams. To excel in this position, you should naturally embrace teamwork and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the Warhammer hobby, our IP, and the tabletop games market is crucial. The successful person will speak two languages fluently, either French, Spanish or Italian, and will also speak English at a professional level. Previous experience in website content management systems, along with familiarity with Monday.com software, would be beneficial.

Languages: Native speaking level of either French, Spanish or Italian. Fluent level of a second language from French, Spanish & Italian. English is required to a proficient level.
Location: This is a home based role from France, Spain, Italy or the UK.
Travel: Occasional travel to the UK headquarters in Nottingham (approx. once a year).
