who is confident in talking to people face to face and over the phone.
Responsibilities will include

Meeting
customers on trade counter to supply goods required
·
Answering
incoming phone calls
·
Making
proactive external sales phone calls
·
Dealing
with incoming emails
·
Supplying
quotations and processing orders
Warehouse work including
goods inwards, order picking and stock checks
Training
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard
Work Based training
End Point Assessment
Qualifications required
English and Maths GCSE A*-C
