Morgan Hunt is current with a Regulatory Body Based in Birmingham seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their Early Careers team. You will work alongside the Early Careers Talent Partner and Early Careers Partner. Your primary role will be to provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations across various activities that help our graduates and apprentices thrive. This is a full-time hybrid temporary position for 18 months paying £19.06 per hour umbrella.

The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and deliver student events on campus and in-office, including organising representatives, workshops, travel, catering, and more.
• Manage the Early Careers inbox, respond to inquiries, and keep records updated.
• Track expenses and maintain the Early Careers finance spreadsheet.
• Organise the training calendar, schedule sessions, manage invitations, and ensure necessary resources are in place.
• Support onboarding activities for graduates and apprentices, including inductions, guest speaker sessions, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in administrative tasks during peak recruitment periods, such as organising events for work experience, apprenticeship weeks, and induction days.

The Business Support Administrator will need to have experience in:

• Proven experience in a administrative role within a Membership or Regulatory body.
• Proficiency with Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach within the Business team on a range of programmes - BTEC Level 2 & 3
• Be up to date to plan, deliver and assess high quality teaching as required by your Line Manager to the appropriate number of hours
• Being responsible for the progress, assessment, welfare and discipline of the pupils she/he teaches under the direction of, and with the support of the Head of Department;
• Enabling pupils to achieve the highest standards at an individual level;
• Monitoring, assessing and the progress of all pupils;
• Identifying any pupil with special learning needs and taking appropriate action;
• Contributing to the preparation of units of work for use throughout the department;
• Setting regularly and marking homework for all pupils in accordance with the school policies;
• Working under the general direction of the Head of Department, adhering to and helping to develop department resources.

Skills & experience

• Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS on the update service
• A UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential
• Experience of delivering the subject.
• Evidence of good classroom practice and excellent teaching, including the use of different learning styles.
• Evidence of teaching, which demonstrates good progress and achievement of pupils across the ability range.
• Ability to work as a team member and to form good working relationships with
• Good communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and show good attention to detail.
• Ability to undertake tasks related to monitoring and evaluation.
