Providing effective, comprehensive, confidential, administrative and/or project business-level support on a day-to-day basis. Being aware of work priorities and need to ensure all required deadlines are met. Supporting teams with business requests including project-based work, collating reports and or data, supporting with meetings and events, arranging dates and venues, collating agenda items and supportingdocuments and papers, producing minutes and progress action logs relevant to this. Working as an effective team member to ensure that all administrative/data/project work priorities are covered across the organisation. Supporting the wider team working in the directorate.

The post holder will work with the UEC core operational management team supporting the delivery of national and local performance targets and objectives in a very busy clinical environment. The post holder will be required to meet a number of key daily internal and national reporting standards and take part in regular operational meetings that interpret these reports to form the strategic direction and ensure the implementation of changes to operational administrative functions where required. If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
