Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Sales & Operations Administrator on behalf of their client, a friendly, fast-growing travel website business located just around the corner from Haywards Heath railway station.
As a Booking.com equivalent for camping and glamping, their mission is to inspire the 11+ million website visitors each year to get outdoors more often and feel more adventurous.
The role:
As the Sales & Operations Administrator you will be a confident communicator, multi-tasker, and enjoy using your own initiative.
You’ll work across the Business Development and Operations teams, and be part of the administrative glue that holds their processes together.
You will have previous experience in either an administrative or customer service position.
Responsibilities:
-Sourcing, checking, maintaining and collating campsite information
-Maintaining and supporting the team’s work schedule, and liaising with other teams
-Answering and routing inbound calls and emails
-Collating and sharing weekly sales updates to the wider team
-Various project and administrative tasks as necessary
You will:
-Be a self-motivated people-person, with a can-do attitude
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Be organised, deadline aware and willing to roll your sleeves up and take responsibility
-Be friendly, with good empathy and a customer-driven service ethic
-Be confident with technology, including the use of Microsoft Office
-Have a clear & confident telephone manner with good written communication skills
-Have previous experience in either an administrative or customer service position.
-A travel background or passion for the outdoors would be a bonus!
Hours:
This is a full-time role, 9am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm on Friday.
The Package:
A competitive salary of between £22,500 and £26,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits including share options, company bonus (typically £1,500 pa), up to 30 days of holiday, self-led training budget, and 5% pension contribution.
