- Conducting stock checks and managing orders

What you'd be involved with on a day to day in this sales/purchase administrator role:
- Provide excellent client service, answering any queries and provide information about the technical products.
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts.
- Track and manage client orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Collaboratively work alongside the technical team to understand product specifications and functionalists.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any queries or issues.

- Assist with the preparation of quotations.

- Process purchase orders on Sage 200.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met.

To be shortlisted, you must have:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, or in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the operations team at a UK wide business headquartered in Altens Aberdeen.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the operations team with order processing from initial order placement to delivery.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with a salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000. The role is office-based with parking available on site. Immediate start is preferable.
