The vacancies are at St Michaels Hospital in the ENT Outpatients Department, providing a welcoming and efficient service as the patient’s first point of contact within the hospital. This will include greeting and signposting patients and relatives, processing patients using the hospitals Careflow computer system and liaising with staff and colleagues to facilitate a smooth and timely flow of patients through the hospital.
We are looking for staff with a “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A flexible approach to work is essential as you will be working in a constantly developing and changing environment. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals, to provide comprehensive administrative support.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration. We would like individuals who have excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills. Who can work to deadlines and strive in a highly pressurised environment, providing excellent customer service at all times.
You must have some level of IT skills and be able to organize and prioritise work effectively and efficiently. The role involves liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary teams within ENT.
The role is responsible for setting high standards of patient care by enacting the Trust’s values at all times.
