About the Job: 

We’re looking for someone with excellent writing and research skills to assist with copywriting and digital/content marketing support. This person will research and write content for a variety of projects (including landing pages, ads, email sequences, newsletters, blogs, and social media), working closely with the marketing director to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. This person will work in content marketing platforms (namely Hubspot) to develop and implement content marketing strategies, including landing page creation, social campaigns, drip email marketing, and more.

This person should be able to speak in our brand voice to help generate leads and improve the quality of our content. Research and understanding of our target market should guide messaging, as well as continual evaluation of KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Writes compelling copy across all marketing channels, including website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, digital ads, and social media.
• Develops and maintains the brand voice and tone.
• Uses data-driven marketing to guide all copy decisions.
• Works on multiple projects at once and excels at project management.
• Assist with SEO optimization | Produce well-written content that is SEO-friendly and optimized for conversion
• Perform background research as needed
• Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization strategies in email and website marketing
• Ensure that landing page content aligns with marketing messaging and effectively communicates value propositions.
• Layout and design digital marketing materials such as landing pages, newsletters, and social media ads in a way that captures and directs attention and matches our branding
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing order information in Salesforce, converting orders, creating proofs or logos for products, collating tracking/order details, and coordinating with our production team. This position requires a candidate with a blend of Salesforce expertise, design skills, and familiarity with essential tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management in Salesforce:
• Accurately record and manage order information in Salesforce.

• Design Tasks:
