As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

• Plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve work processes. Work is performed both independently and as the leader of a project team.
• Analyze and evaluate DDM programs, products, and services effectiveness in meeting goals and objectives.
• Review, evaluate, and recommend changes regarding reports, processes, programs, objectives, and goals, including short and long-range goals and strategies.
• Establish and update operating procedures, reference guides and processes within the center to ensure staff has clear guidance to support their performance on work activities.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, this Big 4 Firm is looking for candidates who are either ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA qualified, Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course, or a Law Qualification. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in tax accounting/tax audit and be an experienced corporate tax practitioner, with the desire to develop further. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and clients, and most of all build a successful business.

Territory Sales Manager - Role

• Provide an overall account management and business development service to Independent business's and achieve agreed personal targets in line with company targets and Key Performance Indicators and maximise sales opportunities with all customers and pro-actively develop new business opportunities with existing accounts
• Pro-actively target prospective new accounts and build closer relationships between the Company, its existing customers and prospective customers
• Develop & maintain marketing plans for Independent customers, working closely with the Marketing Department to create 'best in class' added value.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and to develop and work by detailed account management plans for all Independent customers by planning, visiting and meeting buying customers on a regular basis as well as identify and plan to visit all non-buying customers

• Maintain and increase sales knowledge using appropriate sales tool

Territory Sales Manager - Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare, medical device sales role or similar
• Ability to understand and explain technical product information
• Higher level educational qualifications

• Base salary up to £43k plus excellent bonus scheme
