We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Manager to drive membership sales and customer service standards within our Front of House department. Your role will focus on achieving financial targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing a team of Customer Service and Sales Advisors.
As a Sales and Service Manager you will:
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, including membership activity levels and customer satisfaction.
- Lead effective lead generation activities, manage staffing levels, and ensure positive customer service delivery.
- Manage HR aspects, including recruitment and training, and oversee the financial and physical resources of the section.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and market services effectively.
Our full-time position will work 37 hours per week. Weekend and evening working will be required, as well as Duty Officer shifts and participation in on-call rota for all sites and providing cover for Customer Service and Sales Advisors when necessary.
