Garton Ltd in Wigan are recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
Job Details:
Working alongside the Sales Manager, duties will include:
• Communicating with customers via calls and emails
• Prospecting for new business
• Preparing sales quotes and purchasing of stock
• Chasing up purchase orders and quotes
• Business Development by seeking out new opportunities
• Updating Social Media Accounts, promoting new products, taking pictures and sending out news updates
• Visiting external customers with the Sales Managers to promote products
• Inputting data onto company CRM system
Requirements:
The suitable candidate must have:
• A good telephone manner and offer excellent customer service
• Some experience working in a business environment is preferred but not essential
• Good communicator strong in sales negotiations
• Self motivated to find new business
• Enthusiastic
GCSE Requirements:
GCSE 9-3 in maths and English
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 30 minutes unpaid lunch, 37.5 hours per week
