Role Overview
The Sales Support Administrator will complete daily administrative duties in order to support SME Sales teams (UK, BGDAC and Africa)
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for ensuring mailboxes are up to date and cleared within the given 24 – 48 hour SLA timeframe
- Allocate work to ensure the incoming emails are allocated to the right colleagues/team, including categorising, prioritising and responding to group secretaries, various departments and stakeholders across the business and reallocate if required
- Complete daily administrative duties in order to support SME Sales
- Prepare quote documents for Bupa Global SME new business
- Ensured all Bupa Global SME Sales prospecting activity is logged accurately on Salesforce (UK, BGDAC and Africa)
- Providing service support for all SME direct groups queries
- Respond with flexibility and positively to changing situations when having team expansions and cross-skilling with SME Service Support
- Maintained contact with stakeholders via telephone, email
- Ensured all SME work was indexed within the 48 hours
- Updates member/group details on SWAN

- Ability to deal with people at all levels with stakeholders in the organisation
- Collaborative and team focused
- Excellent PC skills are essential including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility and positive in changing situations
