What you will do in the role…We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sports Rehabilitator to join our teams in London. You will work across our Harrow and Slough sites, as well as remotely to deliver face to face and online rehabilitation sessions.
You will play a fundamental role in providing support to patients by delivering soft tissue treatments and running rehabilitation classes. You will utilise your musculoskeletal knowledge to provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb. Doors will be opened for you to work with a range of clients whilst you manage a caseload of patients in a professional manner. Our team usually work 8:00am – 16:00pm but we are always happy to be flexible. Our office hours are 8:00am – 18:00 pm Monday to Friday.

This hybrid role includes one day face to face and four days remote working.

you! Skills and Experience:Essential
- Degree in Sports Rehabilitation
- Full graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator
- Minimum one year MSK/Occupational Health experience in a clinical setting
- Experience of working individually and within a team
- Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes
- Ability to deliver soft tissue treatments, set goals, and design individualised and progressive rehabilitation programmes
- Adept in time management and prioritisation.
- Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb and lower limb. Awareness of Post-operative protocols and precautions
- Basic knowledge of the occupational health sector including benefits of physiotherapy OH.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
Desirable:
- Experience of working with Physiotherapists
- Prior Occupational Health experience
- Functional testing and fitness for work testing (e.g. lift, push/pull)
- Return to work planning
- An up-to-date CPD portfolio
