Job Purpose

The Club is seeking a versatile Marketing & PR Assistant Executive to support in day-to-day marketing operations. Main role includes organizing marketing files and support in graphics design and video production operations. This includes posting on social media, communications platforms and MailChimp.

Job Responsibilities

1) E-Newsletter Design: Assist in the design process for the E-Newsletter, ensure visual appeal and adherence to brand guidelines.

2) Public Screen Updates: Regularly update content on the screens to keep members informed and engaged.

3) Poster Design and Advertising: Assist in creating compelling designs for Club posters, print collateral, and other advertising materials to effectively communicate Club events and promotions.

4) F&B Menu and Tent Cards: Assist in developing visually appealing F&B menus, posters, and tent cards to enhance the dining experience.

5) Production Oversight: Support the production process, involving around but not limited to writing specifications, selecting appropriate materials, and inspecting proofs for accuracy and quality.

6) Photo & Video Archives Management: Record and administer the Club’s photo and video archives, including event photos, videos and member achievements in softcopy format.

7) Event Photography and Video Assistance: Assist in event administration by providing photography and videography services, capturing memorable moments for Club documentation and promotion (to post on social medias such as IG Stories and Reels).

8) Publications: Assist on publishing content for website announcements, social media, and other communication platforms.

9) Content Copy Writing: Assist in copy writing research

10) Administrative Processing: Assist in organising all marketing materials in shared folder

11) Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Support Club level operations and ad-hoc assignments when required

12) Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

• Strategize and effectively execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across PR and social media, digital marketing, and event management, helping to increase brand awareness, generate leads, raise sponsorship and build community engagement. You will provide marketing direction and ideas for campaigns
• Manage media relations and PR efforts to drive awareness and educate the public about childhood cancer, journey of the caregiver, narrate LOVE, NILS Ltd impact, inspire action and garner stakeholder and public support
• Strategise awareness and promotion of our fundraising campaigns and crowdfunding platforms to target audiences and hit fundraising targets
• Work with creative and media agencies, branding consultants and event management partners for LOVE, NILS projects
• Prepare speeches, press statements and handle media engagements
• Monitor and analyse efficacy outcomes of awareness, marketing, communications efforts through monthly reports and Google Analytics & Social Media Analytics
• Work with the relevant divisions to execute all visual aspects of marketing and branding initiatives for the charity. This will involve working with service providers and various divisions in creating and designing various assets, not limited to, infographics, social media posts, display banners, email, print collateral, posters, reports, presentations, and various web-based elements
• Collaborate on content with the Programmes, Community Engagement and Fundraising departments
• Create designs for all materials, serving as a support to the entire organisation and helping create resources necessary for effective partner, donor, beneficiary and community engagement
• Work with the team to plan, create and organise social content and posting across all channels

Branding

• Custodian of the LOVE, NILS brand identity and application guidelines across all marketing and partnership collaterals and media usage
• Manage a depository of all visual collaterals and working files
• Manage production of LOVE, NILS Ltd corporate video, Annual Report, e-newsletters, collaterals, visuals, website content and update

Outreach Education

• Develop outreach awareness plan through public education, awareness talks, webinars and community fairs
• Prepare outreach education materials for talks and presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Skilled in Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics
• Highly resourceful with strong interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
• Strong sense of ownership and target driven with a keen sense of innovation
• Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings (time off in lieu will be given)

As the Cluster Assistant Marketing Communications Manager for F&B, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies that elevate the hotels’ diverse dining concepts. You will work closely with the Cluster Marketing Communications team to drive consumer engagement, enhance brand awareness, and position our F&B brands as top choices in the dining scene. Your role encompasses F&B calendaring and programming, digital marketing, performance monitoring, social media management, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure our F&B offerings are at the forefront of the market.

What will I be doing?

As the Cluster Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, F&B, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Marketing Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in creating and executing marketing calendars and campaigns that showcase the unique offerings of our dining concepts. Collaborate with the Cluster Marketing Communications and F&B teams to develop engaging campaign concepts, design marketing materials, and execute campaigns across various channels, both digital and offline.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of F&B marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools. Generate reports and provide insights to refine strategies, ensuring the continued success of our F&B outlets in meeting business goals.
• Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy for all F&B outlets, managing content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement. Ensure our social media presence is dynamic and engaging, driving brand awareness and consumer engagement while staying aligned with the latest trends and best practices.
• Content Optimization & Third-Party Channels: Oversee the development and optimization of content for our F&B outlets on owned and third-party channels, including the hotel’s website.
• Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of the latest trends in the F&B and hospitality industries, including consumer preferences, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for our dining concepts to stand out, ensuring they remain competitive and appealing to luxury consumers.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels, both online and offline. Maintain brand guidelines, oversee the creative development process, and ensure that all communications reflect the brand identity and values.
• Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget for F&B initiatives, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within budget constraints while maximizing return on investment.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for copy-writing and designing of all marketing related collaterals, such as brochures, newsletters and electronic direct mailers etc.
• Provide support to Marcom Manager on all Marcom related duties such as analysis, managing of social media and media monitoring.
• Manage, plan and execute in-house guests’ events and celebrations.
• Assist in the maintenance and up-keep of contents on the Treetops website.
• Uphold duties as a Data Protection Officer to provide support in the implementation and management of the Treetops' Data Protection compliance programme.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing or related studies
• Previous experience in a marketing and communication position would be an advantage
• Ability to design on Adobe Photoshop
• Efficient multi-tasking, self-motivated independent worker and team player
• Fluency in English and Chinese language (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates); Effectively bi-lingual.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
