We're looking for an aggressive, high-energy, and result-driven business developer, who has 2-3 years of experience at Saas company, and enjoys challenges and growth in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with the team and restaurant partners, to drive revenue and maximize the value to your restaurant partners!
The salary range for this role is between AUD $78,000 - $85,000
The Opportunity:
Seeking a candidate with experience in closing deals, energetic and having the hunter mentality to achieve targets and exceed expectations given to them. This position will be based in Sydney. The key focus of this role is to build the market and position the company to achieve financial growth, increase merchant base, implementation of accounts and be part of our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have exceptional multi-tasking skills, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive sustainable growth and ensure strong long-term relationships.
* Conduct Cold Calls to Prospective Clients: Actively pick up the phone and initiate cold calls to potential clients.
* Promote and Sell inline System to Independent Restaurants and Restaurant Chains: Primary responsibility involves promoting and selling the inline system to both independent restaurant clients and larger restaurant chains.
* Explain System Features and Benefits: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the inline system to potential clients, ensuring they understand how it can meet their specific needs.
* Customer Support and Follow-Up: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing any questions or concerns clients may have about the system.
* Product Training: Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff to ensure they can effectively use the inline system.
* Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients to help improve the system and tailor services to better meet customer needs.
* Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company by bringing in new clients.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Requirements:
* Comprehensive Understanding of System Setup and Services: Must possess a thorough understanding of the system setup and services offered. This includes knowing the various modules and different plans available.
* Product Knowledge: Understanding the technical specifications and benefits of the services being offered.
* Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing effectively to close deals.
* Prospecting: Ability to identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the inline system in the market.
* Lead Generation: Implementing strategies to generate leads through various marketing channels.
* Customer Segmentation: Identifying and targeting specific customer segments.
Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years experience in the Saas industry. Candidates experienced in solution selling or hospitality are welcome to apply.
Working Language: Able to speak in Chinese and English fluently.
Adaptability: Enjoy adaptable working conditions.
