* Grow upon your existing business either through upselling or referrals
* Achieve monthly targets and KPI's
* Upsell all additional products to each customer thoroughly while still giving a 5* service
* Ensure you update the systems to reflect updates and conversations
* Work with other departments to ensure the right customer service is provided
* Process orders and ensure follow ups

Experience required:
* Telephone based sales experience
* Experience working towards targets and KPI's
* Able to remain resilient to achieve the desired outcome
* Full UK driving license - due to location of business you will need to drive
* Ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Be able to demonstrate how you have built and nurtured previous relationships
