This post was created as part of an organisational change process and will be based in a new corporate Business Support Service, where the successful candidate will be working across all council services, maximising council effectiveness through analytics, learning and improvement.
You will be part of the corporate Performance Team that will deliver performance management, improvement and information assurance support to council services. This will include provision of analytical and quality assurance support to leaders and services across the council.
You will support the implementation of corporate performance, improvement and information assurance processes that will help the council to improve and/or meet business requirements.
You will have experience of collating and analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. This will include the development of management reports and recommendations and performance information that will be reported through the council’s governance structure and used by senior officers and stakeholders to assess service performance.
You will support information governance arrangements in the council and assist services to respond to information requests and complaints within timescale.
