Business Support Assistant - Countywide Duty Team

Accountabilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for the Countywide Duty Team from professionals, care providers, service users etc.
- First point of contact for administration within the team.
- Directing calls and work to the appropriate teams/workers.
- Gathering of information and utilising Mosaic to record information.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Sending out information in line with GDPR.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service experience.
- Telephony experience desirable.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Good working knowledge of all MS Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and customer communication skills.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Attention to detail critical.
