Our Inbound Sales Executives handle both inbound and outbound service calls, serving our existing customers and the broader UK white goods market. By delivering exceptional sales through a service approach, you will promote and sell our leading range of value-added service products.
Our Inbound Sales Executives take full ownership of customer issues, efficiently using our new Salesforce system to access customer account details and process information swiftly and accurately.

Skills needed for this role:
If you have a background in sales and have experience working towards and achieving targets in a fast-paced, sales-through-service contact centre environment, we would love to hear from you.
