Position Objective
To accelerate SK-II business and strengthen brand presence across all OMNI channels with effective strategies and implementation with right criteria to fit with our brand DNA and values.
In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. You should have a good knowledge of modern marketing techniques & commercial trends. A passion for sales, and excellent communication skills that align with modern consumer trends.
The candidate also needs to demonstrate a positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and be able to represent the brand suitably.
Job Description
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns (social media, direct marketing, advertising) to promote SK-II products (new launch & re-promote product). Create awareness of the brand & build customer engagement
- Work closely with in-house & external creative agencies to design marketing materials. Proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Source Marketing opportunities and place adverts as appropriate with brand products & target segmentation. Engage partnerships with external parties & build relationships (Mall and Retailers)
- Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
- Conduct market research and competitor review. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products
- Knowledge in organizing Marketing & PR Events (in-store gathering, Product Launching, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agency to maximize visibility & create impactful result
- Ecomm specific: Oversee and closely monitor implementation with E-Commerce team, to ensure all 100% are perfectly done and managed on time and actively discuss any business potentials/issues that need to be solved timely within brand standard
- Manage A&P given with right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights
- Closely work with the team on marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business reviews, sales & campaign performance reports
- Actively update and expand the knowledge within PR & Digital environment. Initiate valuable insights that will help to further expand brand business and growth
- Degree in management, business, marketing or any related major
- 2-4 years experience in retail with marketing & merchandising background or any related field, preferably with event management experience
- Good time management ensuring all reports and projects are done timely
- Strong analytical skill, able to do comprehensive sales & data analysis
- Good negotiation & communication skill
- Good project management skills
- Able to identify root cause of issues & problem-solving
- Good professional English skill (both written & verbal)
- Able to work under tight deadline & has a strong business acumen
- Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
