Summary:

The DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a variety of strategic marketing efforts in their market—including building and maintaining the OneDigital brand overall and managing initiatives to drive growth and engage customers. This position works hand in hand with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, market-level sales and client service teams in support of the growth and retention plans as determined by the DMV senior leadership team. This position works closely with the other field marketers in the market, region, and the corporate marketing team.

The Marketing Manager requires an understanding of OneDigital’s business, vendor management expertise, professional communication acumen to manage important internal and external communications, and attention to detail as it relates to strategic initiative management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivering on specific strategic priorities as part of our marketing strategy that drive profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth 
• Collaborates with national marketing team in developing goals, strategies and management practices that will ensure in-region dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention;
• Fosters and develops relationships with local office leaders in order to exceed the sales and retention goals for the office;  
• Manages brand awareness activities in the region, including regional buzz-building, event marketing, key market messaging and execution;
• Works with OneDigital’s corporate marketing team to develop the voice of the region and ensure it is articulated clearly in region-facing marketing messages;
• Oversees content development, execution and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos);
• Researches and develops messaging that resonates with ideal customers; collaborates with leadership, sales, and service teams to understand customer needs and develop insight-based messaging and collateral to support;
• Manages and implements regional marketing plans—including digital lead generation activities, D4M campaigns, webinars, and PR; leverage customer data to improve customer experience and outcomes
• Works closely with regional leadership to develop an enablement strategy to ensure colleagues have efficient and effective access to the right resources for their customers
• Manages local market relationships with PR firm, journalists and media, and works with OneDigital’s national PR service provider as needed;
• Design and deliver innovative in-person and virtual events, and peer forums;
• Plan and execute industry events, developing print collaterals/website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities; consults local office leaders on event marketing best practices;
• Collaborates with leaders to monitor, analyze and present results of marketing efforts to stakeholders;
• Works with Sales, Client Services and IT to maintain, scrub and renew data used for digital marketing initiatives;
• Represents marketing in acquisition activities in the region, and works in conjunction with the corporate team to support the onboarding process for acquisitions in the region overall.

Education, Training and Experience:

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or law with increasing responsibilities;
• Proven experience managing both online and in-person events including all aspects of planning, vendor management, execution, and communications
• Proven experience with D365 for Marketing (D4M), WordPress, video, and other digital platforms;
• Proven experience with Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms;
• Recent management experience (minimum of five years) or a proven capability to manage entry-level team members.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. What does the Merchandise Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. Key Role:

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technical professional service sales with an emphasis on Cybersecurity, including security strategy, advanced cyber defense, managed services, and cloud

• Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions

Key Role:

Work as the digital employee experience application manager within Booz Allen’s Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions organization, driving the technical stack for digital experience and engagement across the company. The Army IT Sr Business Development Manager is expected to thrive in an environment where you are responsible for developing new business strategies and the management and execution of the BD lifecycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits.

You will identify gaps and emerging requirements, perform market and economic analysis, and conduct business intelligence to help customers/stakeholders understand their pain points and identify future opportunities. You will contribute to the overall Army BD strategy as well as internal and external partnerships, campaigns, and associated marketing with the Operation.  As the Sr Business Development Manager you will partner with internal product/capture/proposal teams, and enterprise solution architects in achievement of the Operations short and long-term business development goals. You will maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and execute cost-effective win strategies to achieve annual financial objectives. Essentially, you will drive Leidos’ expertise and capabilities into new customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements acquisition strategy and timing, and contract vehicle options
• Partners with the Army Growth Lead and Division VP to support overall strategic planning and linking pursuits/capture activities which support the business development metrics for awards, submits, and pipeline growth
• Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies that provide the business an opportunity to grow revenue
• Continuously monitors the market to keep track of competitor developments and their impact on market share
• Participates in business planning activities, to include pipeline reviews, opportunity strategy sessions, and proposal reviews
• Develop and monitor the Army pipeline and recommend BD priorities
• Contributes to the Division’s priorities and annual operating plan targets for qualified pipeline growth, win rates, submits, and awards
• Develops and supports strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and new business opportunities
• May have other business development activities, such as investigating and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, geographic expansion, licensing, partnerships, joint ventures, new business/market opportunities and sustainability to determine if such activities are in line with the division’s overall strategy and vision

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ Years’ experience in Enterprise Networks, Information Technology and/or Digital Transformation.  Prefer direct Enterprise IT and Network experience with the US Army and Combatant Commands
• Proven track record of successful capture pipeline management across multiple Army customers at a variety of acquisition sizes
• Experience working directly with the US Army and/or Combatant Commands
• Demonstrated access to key Army and/or Combatant Command customers and industry partners
• Experience with DoD budget, investments, and acquisition processes
• Must be a US Citizen.
