Job Description

• Manage Group’s governance matters and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, including Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia and etc.
• Manage matters related to management control of subsidiaries.
• Establish clear decision-making authority and protocols between the parent company and subsidiary.
• Oversight and monitor the development of subsidiaries’ overall policies, procedure, guidelines etc. to ensure compliance with applicable law, regulations and corporate policies.
• Management, verification and provide guidance to ensure compliance of the subsidiary's governance and operations.
• Manage services related to management contracts and brand royalty contracts concluded between the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Provide guidance on the management of necessary licenses, approvals, and notifications for subsidiaries, as well as on responding to matters pointed out by the relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance, advice, and coordination to subsidiaries in dealing with financial systems, laws, and regulations (foreign investment control laws, business-related supervision and regulations, personnel affairs, and withdrawal).

• Assist in the development and implementation of digitally led marketing plans to achieve growth ambition for online customer acquisition of assigned portfolios/businesses.
• Work closely with the team to support initiatives that drive new customer base through first product onboarding of credit cards or personal financing - increase customer conversions and generating qualified digital leads.
• Collaborate in efforts to grow downloads, usage, and awareness of the AEON Wallet app and other AEON Credit products and services.
• Stay abreast with the knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to uphold the brand’s competitive advantage.
• Support effort to grow market segmentation & targeting for each assigned product line/channels.  
• Familiarize with the target segments and opportunities within the existing customer base to improve migration to digital services.
• Work hand-in hand in ideating & implementing a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all social media handles, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Assuring the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis of campaign results with the aim to optimize and to scale at large.
• Support the process of developing all credit card usage campaign collaterals.

Job Requirement

• Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Marketing 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Foundationally strong digital marketing analytical skills including confidence with traditional touchpoints.

•  Drive the execution of marketing activities for the assigned portfolio to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities. 
•  Implement brand activation strategies and retail marketing plans in accordance with overall brand positioning.

•  Customer centric marketer with an inquisitive and passionate brand mindset. 
•  Possess analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touch points across all channels and platforms. 
•  Proficient in data analysis with ability to interpret and translate customer behavioral insights into strategic activities.

Regional Sales Manager (Midland's Area)

I have an amazing opportunity with an industry leading and award-winning employer who are looking to recruit an experienced highly motivated Regional/Field Sales Manager, with a proven track record of improving sales performance to join their already successful national team.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Achievement of overall new business revenue and volume target, whilst ensuring minimum activity levels are achieved and exceeded on an ongoing basis including prospecting calls, appointments, and presentations.
* Delivery of self-generated new business, through effective coaching and management of your BDM's. Ongoing training of your team in this key area, assisting them in self-generating new business appointments and subsequent wins.
* Conduct monthly and quarterly one-on-one review with all Business Development Managers to ensure effective communication, understanding of training and development needs, and to provide insight and agreement for the improvement of sales and activity performance. This may include corrective actions or measures.
* Monitor, manage and report on all Sales KPI's and report on Sales Performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
* You will train new hires, assess BDM performance, develop coaching plans, conduct sales meetings, evaluate field performance, and manage reviews, while traveling across the UK as needed

* Significant experience of leading a team of high performing Field based team in a B2B environment, great leadership skills, always seeking to bring out the best in others.
* Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Directors and HR Managers. Demonstrating the ability to drive and motivate team members to perform their jobs well and generates high employee morale and satisfaction.
* You must have a track record of leading sales teams, strong organizational skills, numeracy, a clean driving license, and flexibility to travel across the UK.
